Will you need to pull credit for my pre-approval?

With the readily available information we have today in regards to one’s personal credit score through banking or credit apps, I will not need to pull your credit until you are ready to make an offer on a home. I can use the credit information you provide and will need your monthly liability  total for installment loans (auto, trailer, atv, ect), credit cards, and student loans. That information will allow me to move forward comfortably with a pre-approval. Also, a Mortgage pull will not negatively affect your credit score because of the nature of the process and long-term nature of a mortgage commitment. A Mortgage pull is considered differently than other credit pulls for the various types of short term credit.
